Nathan Barrera’s 1/18 Tank: ICE MAMMOTH
Greetings, all! Here is a jewel of a build from the forum galleries: Nathan’s Ice Mammoth tank build!

Before anything else, I would like to emphasize that this is not a model kit; this is a toy from the 1/18 world. I did my best to make it a decent one, since I’m a very big G.I. Joe fan. Since having an ultimate Joe vehicles collection is difficult, I modified one cheap tank from the corps to make it like this. It has some texturing issue due to its annoying sticker residue and thick camo paints. I did the basics from puttying to painting, but working with toys is different, as compared to model kits.
This is my contribution to the guys of TS118. This can be seen (hopefully) in the coming Toy Convention on June 19. They will be putting up a large diorama with figs and cool stuff. Without further blah-blahs, I present to you my sideline fun work …The Ice Mammoth!
Side notes: it’s really hard to modify a toy…oh, well, I like it…it’s fun!
